YOUTHreach Kicks Off: a Project for Youth Well-Being!

Posted on: 10 February 2025

Last week on January 4th & 5th, BCN-AIM was represented in the successful kick-off meeting of the new YOUTHreach project! It was very inspiring to see all passionate partners at the Maastricht University Brussels Hub in Belgium.

Funded through an EU grant, YOUTHreach aims to enhance mental health and social inclusion for vulnerable youth across Europe by evaluating and implementing three evidence-based interventions that foster resilience and well-being. These interventions will be scaled across diverse settings in Europe, ensuring they are inclusive, effective, and sustainable.

This project brings together an international consortium, including a partner from Australia, highlighting that youth mental health is a global challenge requiring collaborative solutions. At BCN-AIM, we are proud to contribute to this project:

➡️ Federated Learning Platform: We will lead the development of a cutting-edge platform for secure and privacy-preserving data analysis.

➡️ Data Management Plan: Our team will play an active role in designing a robust and efficient framework to ensure responsible and effective handling of the project’s data.

We are excited to start this 5-year project and look forward to working with the consortium. Please find the more information and updates about this project here: https://www.bcn-aim.org/youthreach/
