“Data Sharing: More Incentives, Better Science” e-workshop
It brought together members of the euCanSHare consortium together with external high-level experts (i.e., researchers, bioinformaticians, ethicists, cohort owners, policymakers) to discuss the existing barriers, challenges and opportunities for data sharing in cardiovascular research, and the effectiveness of current incentives to engage in Open Data. The agenda included some short presentations and panel sessions.
The online meeting prepared the groundwork for a subsequent in-person meeting, to be held at the European Society of Cardiology’s premises in Brussels.
